Rebuilt Offside Rail Sidesaddle

Offside rail saddle. Perfect for reenacting!

Completely rebuilt by Chuck Insko of Paris, Kentucky. It is believed to have been originally built in Europe in the early to mid 1800s, based on quality and materials used and as the original nails were hand-forged and not machine made. The original stitching pattern has been recreated, as well as the original thread colors. Tree has been repaired and reinforced, but is not reinforced for jumping. Seat and safe are butter soft. Leaping horn has been added. English billets. Stirrup leather and modern safety stirrup will be included.

Approximately 18″ seat. Medium to medium-narrow tree. Fits the same horse as the regular tree Elan. Rail is removable. Leather underside.

$3,000 or best offer plus shipping. Free fitting and one lesson from a certified ASA instructor if one is near you or if you can travel to one.
